Manduma.io
Terms for the Manduma service. Updated 3 October 2026.
The service provider and data controller is Fulfillair Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság. Registered office: 1173 Budapest, Újlak utca 96. 4. em. 9. ajtó, Hungary. Hungarian tax number: 26164036-2-42. Company registration number: 01-09-305358. Public contact: support@manduma.io.
The contract is formed upon successful payment. Payment confirmation and courier booking confirmation are separate steps. An uncertain booking is investigated before another booking is attempted.
The accepted order price is valid for starting payment within 24 hours. After that, a new quote needs explicit acceptance. Payments already started continue. The displayed total includes applicable VAT; no additional VAT is added at payment. The invoice is issued and sent separately.
The customer is responsible for accurate details and suitable packaging. Verified courier charges caused by incorrect details or other customer-attributable causes are payable by the customer, with the original order's markup. Each charge is reviewed and explained separately; there is no automatic later card charge.
Printing the PDF label is the basic option. Courier-supplied labels are offered only where actually available in the quote. After payment, pickup changes go through support and are confirmed only after courier approval.
Only ordinary parcels are accepted at launch. Goods requiring special permission or handling are excluded. Suitcases without an outer box are accepted under the conditions confirmed in advance for the specific route.
The applicable courier service's basic liability and limitations apply, without a full-value compensation guarantee. Additional insurance or increased declared value is unavailable at launch. Entering a contents value does not purchase that protection. Manduma assists with claims.
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Europe/Rome, excluding Italian public holidays. The first human response is within 2 support hours for urgent booking/pickup issues and 1 working day otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
