Information about order cancellation and refunds. Updated 3 October 2026.
Contact support for a paid order. We first establish whether the courier can cancel and which costs remain. The refund deducts only documented non-refundable courier costs from the amount paid, with no separately retained Manduma margin.
If it is confirmed that no courier booking exists, choose support-assisted rebooking or a full refund. An uncertain outcome must be investigated first.
The designated owner initiates refunds separately. Cancelling an order does not automatically refund payment. Packages already handed to the courier require individual handling.
Checkout separately asks for service to begin. Requesting the service to begin does not by itself waive mandatory consumer rights. Send withdrawal or cancellation requests to support@manduma.io; we handle them under the applicable rules and the stage of service completion.
